So they took my post off the release of the wonderful new bank reconciliation, where I said it might be great but I have not had a bank feed to reconcile since September! Yet they happily keep taking my money each month. I have spent several hours on the phone to tech support, many more checking pathetically to see if it has been restored. I have put my business in Reckon's hands at the advice of my accountant 4 years ago. They blame Yodlee, but I did not ask for Yodlee, they took my money and said this is how we connect to Suncorp. I 'reckon' I should at least be refunded for the last 3 months, and/or told that they cannot provide me with a service as they cannot connect to my bank, which makes the whole situation useless. Somebody please explain!
