Hi Rav, I must admit I have two logins, and I can't remember which one I used, but both of them give me the same error message "Unable to create Subscription for STP" ABN 71047807780... any idea if this is a wide spread problem, as it seems to be.. I am using Hosted
Hi Katrina, The only reason for that message is that the ABN has already been registered for STP in the Reckon Portal. If you're Reckon Accounts Hosted user, the login credentials that you need to use is the user name you would normally enter in your Reckon Accounts Hosted login screen. Please do NOT user your user ID unless that is also your user name.
Hi Rav A new staff member set themselves up with a login to our company STP portal when I already had a login to it. Now we have two logins and neither of us have access anymore to the company data anymore and we are getting the message to create a subscription but the the error message mentioned above; because we already have a subscription. I spent an hour on phone with support, trying to explain this and they just kept telling me to set up a new subscription, which I clearly can't do. Even when we login with the original login, there is no access the company data so something has gone completely wrong and I can't get a work around from Reckon.
