    Hi @GillianCreamer & Mark,

We've got a help guide which outlines the most common cause of this sort of behaviour. I'll link it below, check out the info and steps to solve it and let me know how you get on -

    Hi Rav

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have tried that numerous times over the past year with no effect.

As others have mentioned, the documents open fine outside of Quicken H&B but you just get no thumb nail (just the Adobe logo) and a black/blank document in Quicken H&B.

But if the document is scanned into Quicken H&B, it opens fine.

I have a lot of invoices etc that I have scanned to files on my PC and saved to Dropbox and didn't really want to have to scan them all again and waste more time and space.

It used to work fine, so really annoying that it won't work anymore.

Could it be anything to do with web browsers, I vaguely remember reading somewhere that it used Internet Explorer for that feature and Microsoft Edge seems to have taken over from IE, but I mainly use Chrome.

I used to get “Do you want to open or save this file?” and would select open and it would open. I don't even get that option any more. For a while I used to be able to choose "print" but not go through with printing it, cancel printing then it would show up, but can't seem to get it to do that anymore either.

Still have this problem but today I noticed that a JPG file will open/preview fine but PDF's are still a no go. So maybe it is an Adobe compatibility issue.
