When I create an invoice from the sales order screen, our company details do not appear on the tax

When I do a sales order and then create an invoice from the sales order screen for some reason our company details are not printed on that tax invoice. All invoices created outside of the sales orders are fine. Help please.

    Hi Betty,

    It is possible that it is opening a different Invoice template. At the top right of the Invoice Window check that it is using the same template. See the screen snip to see what to look for.
