when I paid my staff accrued annual leave out reckon one does not take the whole amount off the accu

I have a staff member who has 84.4 hours of annual leave which she wants to take in one go.  When I process this amount of annual leave in pay run, Reckon One does not take the whole 84.4 hours off her accumulated annual leave but still says she has 3 somethings hours of annual leave left.  Can someone please help explain this to me or advise me how to overcome this issue?

    The 3 hours could be what is accruing on that pay

    Hi Kris, thank you and I thought that too but then when I account for that 3 something hours  (ie I processed the annual leave of 84.4 +3.45 hours) Reckon still said I still owe her 1 hour something.  I find this really strange.  You got any idea?

    You are accruing Every Hour Worked. So when you add the extra hours, you are still accruing on those hours.

    Thanks Larissa, but I am not adding any extra hours worked.  She finished 2 weeks ago with 84.4 hours accumulated which I processed, then it said I still owe the 3.45 hours so I decided to process the 84.4+3.45 all annual leave just to pay out all of the owing annual leave for 2019.  It still tells me I owe one something hour in annual leave.  This is where I am confused, remembering I am not adding any more hour worked.

    Is it accruing leave on the leave hours themselves?

    it certainly looks that way to me Kris. I think I am going to have ring Reckon and see if I have set up the pay items/leave incorrectly or something.

    Go to the employees details - into the leave tab and delete the holiday line by clicking the x

    Yep - that's what I meant.  You are still accruing on the leave hours taken :)
