When I try to print a report I get an error message

When I try to print a report I get an error message "Unable to verify active printer at system level. Please verify the printer is turned on and try again" I can print from all my other applications but not Quicken

    Hi Craig,

    What is your normal printer you use for other print jobs? When I created a report in Reckon Accounts then clicked Print it recognised my active printer with no problems. When you installed your software was your system printer the same as the one you are trying to print to?
