When I verify data I get 2 problems, anybody have any ideas on how to solve?

The relevant log section is below.
I've rebuilt the data numerous times. I did find something on the internet about selecting rebuild YTD figures when doing a rebuild, but I never get this option. Any help would be appreciated.

    Do what the log says, then maybe call an ap https://partnersearch.reckon.com/ hope the site works, some of the people make a living supporting software, then some make a living supporting clients.

    The duplicate customer name entry I'm not too concerned about. Its the YTD balance which is the problem as its not correctly showing on the employees pay slips.

    I had a look at this, but I'm not given the option to 'Recalculate YTD Figures'

    Hi Stefan,

    'Recalculate YTD Figures' refers to a different program, Payroll Premier.

    Please try to rebuild as normal to try fix the error, then try to verify again.

    If possible please post the log file after that.

    The log attached at the start was after a rebuild then a verify. It always does the same thing.
