Hi Greg
Welcome to Reckon Community & thank you for your question.
Enter bills is used to enter
a bill for items that you keep track of as part of your business or you can
enter a bill for your expenses for example rent, electricity, phone and etc.
Enter bills against inventory is used when you have
created a purchase order and if you
have already received goods in Reckon Accounts and have now received the
supplier bill.
You can find these info in our Built-in Help of Reckon
Accounts. Just go to Help> QuickBooks Help > either search
through Index or Search tab for more topics related to your
question.
Tip: When you are on a particular screen and need to get
info of that, just press F1 and it will open Help topic of that specific
screen/window with detailed explanation (if available).
I Hope this helps.
Thanks
Lax
