    Can you let me know where you're encountering that message?

    Are you trying to login or are you performing tasks/actions within your file when you receive it?

    Are you able to post a screenshot of the message as well please

    It was when I was trying to log in for the first time this morning.  Using Internet Explorer.  Worked OK on Chrome.  I have closed is off now so no screenshot but it was after the first login stage when opening the company file.  Went to a black screen with that message in the middle in a white box.
