On a different note - I'm trying to back up on Reckon hosted and can't get past 99% - is anyone in a position to advise a fix or know how to resolve???

I have just tried to back up and it says I am unable to back up!! Backed up before upgrading to 2019 and it was fine. Perhaps these issues are related to 2019?

I have tended to take the same response as Kevin, regarding it as a bug, and have done nothing. After some days, the warning goes away. I am not saying that you shouldn't follow the advice in the above KB article, but reporting how I have handled it.
