Why does Reckon insist on asking if I want to view the PDF every time I want to print.  Why not just go straight to the PDF without prompting to View.  Please Reckon, eleminate the unnecessary pop up windows!!!!
regards Lucy

Hello Lucy, thank you for the feedback. When working with third-party browser technologies such as Internet Explorer, FireFox and Chrome, there are certain security controls each of the respective browsers enforce that we have to work with. The view PDF pop-up is one such control and unfortunately (or fortunately for the security conscious), in order to retrieve files from remote URLs, in the same way you must click to accept a file download, the user must approve / acknowledge to download. I hope this helps explain why the pop-ups are there.

Not really - sounds like 'spin' to me as this was not the case before the upgrade and there is not a 'view' popup when sending PDF's to email but thanks for your response.
cheers Lucy

Agree 100%.  Spin trying to cover up for poor development & programming.

Reckon, how about you just design it to run really well on one browser (Chrome seems to be the logical choice) rather than compromising and being painful to use on every browser?

agree !  On the same subject > SPELL CHECK... if turned on asks many times if you wish to check spelling. PAINFUL to be prompted to check spelling multiple times on the same doc
