I would like to choose payment terms of 28 days (4 weeks).  The system allows me to create the term, but it does not reflect in the due date.  What is going on?

I have found it is because Reckon wants me to enter only and exactly "28 days"     I was trying to write "28 days (4 weeks)"   It didn't like the words.   Without the words, the due date uploads correctly and all is fine.

Yes Deb, the term is picked up from the wording as you created it.
If you want it to read "28 days (4 weeks)", edit the wording in the term itself:

Go to "Lists" (along top toolbar) > Customer & Supplier Profile Lists > Terms List
Double-click on "28 days" & add the "(4 weeks)", then click on "OK" to save.

Hi Shaz, actually yes, we both are right, but both missing something here.  What I was missing, was that I had not entered the number of days in the second field required in the term screen.  In truth, we can write whatever we like in the field (what you might call the field "name", but we still have to enter 28 in the NEXT field down.  That is what I had not done....  simple mistake.  I sometimes forget how easy and literal Reckon is.  If you want it....TELL it!

Sorry Deb - I assumed when you said it accepted “28 Days” & was showing the due date correctly that you had entered the number of days. Yes, definitely need to enter that!
