    Unfortunately the 'Raises & Promotions' function is not working as we'd like it to at the moment.

    We have info regarding a workaround here in the interim - http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5399

    Probably it is pro owner and configured by them that prevents any promotions or wage raises. :-)
