Why the payroll payment can’t be cleared?

I made the payroll payment on 05/07/2019, but until today they haven’t been cleared.

    Are you referring to your STP submission or actual bank payments?

    STP submissions seem to be taking a few days to be processed by the ATO. Even though they can be seen in Employee mygov accounts it seems to take a few extra days to move from 'Pending' to 'Success' in GovConnect.

    I guess the first thing is to check if the payment instructions have been received by your bank. If not then perhaps your Bank Account setup in Reckon needs checking, we do pays manually so can't help much on that side of it but check with the bank first I'd say.
