Why do I have to reactivate every 3 years?

We ask our customers to reactivate every 3 years so that we are able to keep in touch them.

As the provider of the software your business relies on, we believe it’s important to inform you of any substantial changes to your software, such as Taxation or Payroll changes etc

A lot of our customers also move or change their contact details and (understandably) their software provider is not at the top of the list to inform – so this is also our way of making sure you continue to get the most out of your software!
