will not launch reckon govconnect

lasstp file has been successfully written but nothing happens when internet explores allowing me to log in reckon customer portal

    Hi Val,
    Could you give me a bit more info on this. 
    Is the browser that opens from within Hosted itself which takes you to the Reckon Portal, not launching?
    If that's the case, can you check to see if it might have opened behind one of the other Hosted windows that may be open? ie. in the background.

    If you open your Internet Explorer browser – go to the COG icon in the top right corner – select Internet Options

     

    Then go to Security – then choose Local Intranet – and then Advanced and put in https://portal.reckon.com

     

    Then go to Trusted sites and put in https://portal.reckon.com


    Save this... close Internet Explorer

    go back to Hosted and try lodging again.  Click OK through the various security questions etc. and it should bring up the portal within your Hosted Browser window.
