I am using Personal Plus 2015 and two of my stock prices Orora Limited ORA and Recall Holdings REC are not updating.
The Quote/ Price column is showing est. even though there has been sales on the previous day.
I tried Reckon Advantage and was referred here.
Can you help please?

Edit Price History; Quicken and now Reckon have behaved this way ever since I first started using it - V5 - in 1997.

The workaround I use is to open Portfolio View, click on the Security, say Orora. This opens the Security Detail View. At the top of that view, Click Update, and  then Edit Price History; Click New - this opens a new window, in which you type the date and share price concerned, and then click OK. Then kiss the various windows to go back to Portfolio View.

    Dear Dan,
    Thanks for your work around.
Was able to get it to work for me.
Don't know if you are an employee of Reckon but these workarounds are getting me down.
I have multiple accounts to manage and pay for the auto update service which I am not getting.
May not be your problem, but it is really getting to me.
To think that I have previously considered buying shares in this company.
Fortunately their attitude to customer service has prevented me.
    Thanks again for your help.
Sorry, just had to put it in print.

    Dear William,

I am not an employee of Reckon, but just a self-funded retiree and also unpaid treasurer of a not-for profit charity.

A question, do you have to update share prices daily, or can you get by with updating weekly or monthly? See also my other comments re my Fardon Portfolio/All Ords Index which I record when I update. This shows me in real terms how I am performing. I have also assigned my Securities to dummy Investment Goals which are my Investment Advisers' Names, and then I report my Portfolio Performance by those Investment Goals- Adviser Names. This shows where I am getting the best advice over various investment periods.

    Hope this helps

    Dear Dan,
    I update my accounts daily.
Try this, if you haven't discovered it already (you probably have).
What I do each morning Tuesday to Saturday.
    Click on the investing tab.
Change the date to the previous day.
Click on the quote price and type in the new price (high, low and volume not updated).
Continue with all stocks that haven't updated.
Obviously you need to have the previous days closing prices available.
Tedious for multiple accounts but hoping Reckon will get on top of this.
I haven't actively been looking for a better program and am guessing that if you are still with Reckon you haven't found one?
I will look around for the other posts you mentioned.
I only signed up here yesterday and still feeling my way round.
    Regards
