Windows 10 overnight update

Quicken Personal Accounts 2016 not working after overnight update to Windows 10. I get the 'This does not appear to be the computer the software was originally installed on' message. I read previous questions, one suggested running Quicken as administrator might work but it doesn't.

    Thank you for the post!

    You are right, sometimes just by running the program as administrator may not resolve this issue right away but if you follow the prompts to manually renew the product in first place, it might then resolve this issue.

    If the problem persists, please make sure you follow the Kb below (This explains really well about the reasons and gives you guide)

    Thank you. Automatic application of the renewal over the internet worked.
    Could I suggest though that the dialog box be worded differently. It implies that by clicking 'yes' you will be buying another license.
    But my problem is solved.

    I haven't had any problem with Personal accounts 2015. It makes me wonder whether upgrading to 2016 is worth the hassle.
