with Reckon Accounts Hosted can we create Pro forma Invoices?
we need to invoice the customer and they pay for it before the product has come into stock.
or any other ideas on how to do this?

    it is quite straight forward.  You can customise the invoice to meet your design requirements make sure that you include the "due date" on the invoice.   Then set the terms for the customer to show as "due on receipt"
