Wondering about inventory - we have a few items that make up a pack and although they are all in stock we get told they are out of stock when invoicing?

Hi Carol

What Reckon program are you using (eg Reckon One, Reckon Accounts/Reckon Accounts Hosted)?

In order for your inventory levels to work correctly, you must use the same "Item" when you buy AND sell it.  This is how the program knows when to increase /decrease the Item quantity accordingly.

It sounds like you may be using a separate “Pack” Item that is unrelated ?

You can create a “Group” Item (a quicker way of invoicing multiple Items in your Item List) or an “Assembly” Item that tracks the individual component quantities AND Assembly (eg) Pack quantities also.

In RA/RAH, you can create a “Group” Item (a quicker way of invoicing multiple Items in your Item List) or an “Assembly” Item that tracks the individual component quantities AND Assembly (eg) Pack quantities also.
