Won't let me update an Employee

I have been updating new pay rates on 2014/15 before I merge the new 2015/16.


One particular employee record always gives me trouble.

When it was set up, she was on the Clerk Award and it is saying it is 9.25% Super.

I change it and then try to change the pay rates. It keeps giving me an error on the super amount and do I want to review it.


The only way to get out is to not save the changes.

I can't add other awards or change the employee award.

The Employee has been here for many years and don't want to terminate and do a new record as it will delete all of the records.

    Hey Comfort Inn, this sounds like a corruption somewhere in the file. Have you tried File > Rebuild Data Files ?

    I am just upgrading to 2015/16 to see if it works
