IKC not being accepted - All RECKON Products

I am trying to update from Accounting 2013 to Accounts 2014. It will not accept my Installation Key Code. I type in the one from my original purchase & that does not work & I try the new one which came with the upgrade email & that does not work.

I am left without being able to upgrade my software.

    Welcome to the Community.

    Sorry to hear you have been having difficulties with the IKC.

    If the IKC you have received with Reckon Accounts 2014 is not being accepted please contact custoemr service on 1800 RECKON and they will be able to help you out.
