WPN not recognized in Reckon one

Hi, my client only has WPN, there is no need for them to apply ABN. However when I tried to add them in Reckon Govconnect, the system can't identified the WPN. Just wonder if the system is expecting to solve this issue by end of June? Thanks.

    Hi Rachel,
    What is happening when you attempt to enter the WPN? Are you getting an error message?

    Has the WPN been entered into Reckon One?

    Hi Rachel

    WPN clients do not need to do STP as yet.

    I got the direction from ATO that WPN's have not been added to the STP's at yet.
