Ok, so just checking; you've registered the incorrect ABN to the app AND also sent submissions?
What was the error message you received on those submissions? Can you shoot me a screenshot of the error message.
Did you register the Software ID for this incorrect ABN with the ATO prior to sending submissions?
What is the ABN you've registered on the app?
Also, can you confirm if the email address you used for the app is the same email address registered to this Community account.
Yes that is correct, I registered the incorrect ABN to the app and also sent submissions. (ATO have told me that they have received nothing).
I did register the Software ID with the ATO prior to sending submissions (ATO have told me that on their file it is the correct ABN for our Company not the one on the app) - see below

The ABN on the app is 87 010 951 318 - company with similar name to ours MARBOND PTY LTD
The email I use for the community reckon is different. It is email@example.com
With regards to the pay run's I have submitted - the just all say Error and declined by the ATO. There was one pending and it then became an error and had this message -
'You have not nominated this software provider to secure transmissions on line (cloud based) software - log on to Access Manager (auskey required) and select 'my nominated software provider' and follow the instructions to nominate or ring ATO'
I am so hoping it is just because of my error with the ABN on the app, was put in incorrectly.
