Is this a book that has been shared with you? That message is usually shown when someone has given you access to a Reckon One book but not assigned you a permission.
In the Reckon One Portal, is this a book on the 'Shared with me' or 'Partner' tab?

A further update on your query. The message you see can also be caused if you have been added as a staff member to a Reckon One account, but not assigned a specific permission to the book you want to view.
To see the data, you will need to be assigned a permission for the book. This can be done by you (if you are an admin) or you may need to ask a colleague who is an admin.
To assign the permission, do the following:
1. Go to the Reckon One Portal
2. For the book you want to access, view details for the subscription and select 'Edit permissions'.
3. To the right of your username, select the edit 'pencil' icon.
4. Select your role and save.
You should now be able to view the data in the book.
