Hi, I cannot log on to Reckon BankData, the message I am receiving is: 'Your bankdata license is expired'. We only set this up about a month ago. How do I renew the licence? We are using Accounts Hosted. Thanks.
Your bankdata licence did not renew recently because the bank decline payment on the credit card details supplied.
Please go to the Hosted Control Panel > Account Details > Billing details, and enter credit card details that will be acceptable. The system will charge again after midnight and you will be able to access bankdata again tomorrow.
