I recently installed and upgraded Reckon Accounts 2015 on a new PC. I received the message "Your licence permits you to one installation only. You may purchase additional copies from Reckon". I then uninstalled my old version of Quicken from my old PC. I still am unable to start Reckon Accounts 2015 on the new PC. What action should I take now.

Hi Hector,
You need to call Reckon to get it manually activated.
It will be fine once you explain your situation, they will then activate it for you and you will be good to go!
