Your ReckonAccounts license has expired .....but apparently it hasnt

I am getting a notification when I try to get into ReckonAccounts Personal Plus 2013 saying that my licence has expired and do I want to renew.  I checked with a Reckon Customer Service and they advised that my licence is still valid until August 2104.  So why can't I get in?

Welcome to Reckon Community!

If the license is valid up to that time, then can we please confirm which Installation Key Code (IKC) that is entered on the product?

Please go to Help > License Information

Then if need be, you can change it to the correct one by selecting "Start over with a new Installation Key"....

If issue persist, kindly email the IKC used with your Customer ID as a reference on the Subject line and send it to community@reckon.com

I am having the same problem.

I recently paid for an annual subscription renewal, received a new
installation key code and successfully registered my copy
of Reckon Personal Plus 2017 on 6 November 2016. All worked well since then.

Today, when I start up
Reckon Personal Plus I am getting a message that my Reckon Accounts
license has expired! Attempts to 'apply the update automatically over the internet' are unsuccessful.

Would you please fix this problem?
