YTD Amount not showing up on Payslips - Reckon Premier Accounts 2016 (Quickbooks desktop version)

Hi, I am just wondering whether any of you are suffering from this issue. We haven't upgraded to Reckon Accounts Premier 2017. Would that be because we haven't upgraded?

Should I try to rebuild the data first?

The YTD totals were showing up on payslips when we processed payroll 2 weeks ago. Then, for some reasons, the accrued amount has disappeared and started from the new accrued amount again! However, we checked that the payment summary report is still accruing the right amount of YTD figures.

Feel free to leave a message if you have suffered the same problem! Hopefully, it will go back to normal after I rebuild the system!

Thank you for your query.

Yes, I would recommend rebuilding your data file first.

If this doesn't fix the issue, create a fresh new payslip template and see if it's displaying correctly on there. The one you're currently using could be corrupted.
