YTD Leave Balances

Hi Everyone, new to Reckon One and need to enter YTD balances for leave.  I know how to do it, but the actual field to enter the hours (I'm assuming it is entered in hours) is not sufficient for what I need, I have an employee that has over 1000 hrs (yes that is correct) in personal leave.  The fields for annual and personal leave only seem to allow you to enter a maximum of 999.99999 hours.  Any suggestions??

And while I'm on the subject is the start date the date they started their employment or the date the file is transferred?

    I am experiencing the same problem!  Is it possible for the software developers to increase the number of digits in the parameters of the quantity field.
