I have processed my final wages run for the 2017/2018 financial year with a payment date 30/6/2018 however when I print up my payslips they YTD used leave has reset to zero. I have manually changed this as per conversation with Reckon support but has made no difference to payslips has anone else experienced this?

Welcome to the Reckon Community Ann,

In Reckon Accounts year-to-date figures are automatically set to zero on the first day of the financial year (1st July).  Information like leave on payslips shows only what is available at this point in time, regardless of the pay period being displayed - that is, it cannot show what the amount was at a point in the past.

You can view the hours taken for a period through the Leave Accrual Summary Report and clicking on the Employee to see their Leave Accrual Details which will show the pay dates leave hours were used, and how many.

    Hope this helps.

    regards,
    John
