In Zapier The data being returned from Reckon One on the Create Contact step definitely isn't quite right. It seems to be sending us data from the logs and not data related to the new contact.

That is the opinon of Zapier support

There are required  fields missing in the options.

E.g. The Contact ID  from the Create contact step has a zero value.?

Please help.

Hi Cecil. We'll look into that issue, however the customer name you are looking for should be coming from the TRIGGER app in our opinion, so in this case WooCommerce.

There are 2 ways to set up WooCommerce to Reckon in terms of contacts.

    1. Recommended: Create a contact (customer) in Reckon One called WooCommerce and then hard code this customer name to the RECEIPT action. In most cases you don't want the customer info in Reckon One also as its primarily an accounting record only. WooCommerce as you know holds much richer data on the customer and the order.

    2. Create a contact in Reckon One for every WooCommerce order. You have set this up correctly. In other words... TRIGGER an order that first creates a contact in Reckon One and then creates the order based on that contact. However would still recommend that you match the contact on the WooCommerce ORDER in the RECEIPT, not the contact from the Reckon One action.

So.. create the contact from the WooCommerce order, and then use that contact from the order (the receipt will not fail as that contact now exists in Reckon One).

    Regards,
    Jason

I have also just noticed that the Reckon One customer has 'no data' - this means you are not pulling through an example contact in Reckon One and hence why the ID is 0. See the info above - we would recommend using the contact from the original order and or hard-coding a contact called WooCommerce.
