zoom function

Hi There,
I use reckon and have 2 different files for 2 differents company. For one of them the function "zoom" on the report is active which allows me to drill down into the details. It does not work for the other file (it used to before).
Can you advise the possible cause ?

    Hi Mathieu.  According to Help, the function only works on Accrual Reports and not on Cash Reports.  I find that answer more than strange, because I have drilled down in reports run on a Cash Basis in the past and have been able to get the details.  I have just changed my preference  to Cash Accounting and run some reports and there is no difference between Cash and Accrual from the point of view of the zoom feature.  Perhaps this may be the case in some of the less featured versions of Reckon.  On the face of it, Help doesn't know what it is talking about or else I cannot read.

    Perhaps you could have a look and see how you have set up the reporting function under preferences..  Go to Edit> Preferences> Reports and Graphs > Company Preferences and see whether you have got both companies set up the same.   John L G
