My Customer ID only shows Personal Plus v31, but my licence email says Personal Plus 2025 valid until 9/12/2026. I need the correct installer for Personal Plus 2025. How do I get this added to my Customer ID?”
I am trying to install the latest version of Reckon Personal Accounts but I get a message saying I still have previous versions of Reckon Accounts so the process stops. I have scanned the computer and deleted any files for Quicken or Reckon, restarted the computer and emptied the cache. I still get the message.
Share prices do not update after annual renewal, please help with the issue. Thank you.
