Payroll Premier 14/15 generating INB Summary instead of Payslips when trying to email Payslips

Recently did a server upgrade, Payroll Premier is now generating INB Summaries instead of Payslips when I try and email the payslips to employees.

All Employees requiring payslips are set to "both" for emailing payslips.

    Welcome to Reckon Community!


    This may be due to mainly two things:
    1. The Data File Name is too long - in which you have to truncate it to say 10 characters or so
    2. Corrupted QCOMPANY.TPS file - which has to be deleted (with Payroll Premier closed) and will be re-created when the program is re-started. This is usually found on the same location as the Company File.
    Another factor may be the Company Name on Company Information is also long. If need be, reduce this as well.
