We have Sender ID checking enabled ( an anti-spam feature), emails from accountshosted@reckon.com has been blocked , error message:

550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted,550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted

The cloud hosting servers sending emails as "accountshosted@reckon.com" , their IPs have not been configured in reckon.com domain SPF record, thus the SPF check is failing.

Could you please address this issue ASAP ?

Thanks

The SPF record for reckon.com is shown as below:
    v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

Which means that only spf.protection.outlook.com  is authorized to send email as domain reckon.com .

    I have provided two screenshots,

One screenshots are email sending servers as APCxx-xxx-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com , we received them without any problem.

The others servers however has IP range 54.240.9.x  . Those email failed to deliver because of error  "550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted,550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted"

Could you please add the server IP range (for example 54.240.9.x ) into your SPF record to fix this issue ?

    Thanks

    Xiaolu

    Hi again Xiaolu,

Our Dev team have updated a DNS record which will hopefully fix up this issue for you.

Can you please give it another go and let me know how you get on

Failing that, please add *@reckon.com in your exception list and try it out.

Let me know if there's any change or not either way

    Cheers
    Rav
