Why am I getting an error message saying "The Load Balancer server is not available"?

When trying to launch Accounts 2015 R2 I get the error message "The Load Balancer server is not available"

    i just got off the phone with support..i'm using Firefox, they told me to
    close all open tabs, clear my browsing history and close the browser.
    reopen the browser and try logging in..
    it worked for me ..
