Hosted - Company file cannot be closed

Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem in Hosted.  See below message that I receive when I go to close/logoff -  Not sure if I should force a shutdown or not ;)

    There seems to be a couple of problems today; I'm having trouble using the number pad on my keyboard; I can use the numbers at the top of the letters but the number pad does not register. It works fine in other programs just not on Reckon Hosted

    Hi Kebangkitan,

    You can try or check a few things regarding that.
    • Make sure no one else is opening that file if you are sharing the data file.
    • On the Reckon Accounts Hosted Dashboard, go to Control Panel. Click Log off remote session.
    • You can log off any session that you see there to force close the program.
