Windows 10 / Reckon 2015 PDF issues

Hi, I have tried the solutions offered here https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/windows-10-and-reckon-accounts-update
still cant get it to save to pdf. I have a win 10 64x PC running Accounts Premier Edition 2015 (multiuser)

    i haven't removed Reckon and reinstalled. i guess that is my next option. Just couldn't find the disc. Might have to get the clients login and download.

    so how do i check whether is it 2015 R2 or not?

    the file is "hosted" on a win 7 pro. the win 10 home is merely a client

    Solution: Faulty user Profile. Created new User now OK.

    Agree with Kevin. On Windows "Home" or "Standard" editions, RA will work OK on a single standalone computer. Any sort of networking, multi-user etc will require Pro versions of Windows. Tim has described a "Pro" host and a "Home" client. The client needs to be Pro.
    Also, the client is Win-10. RA2015 is not fully compatible, need RA2016 for compatibility.
    So 2 upgrades are needed:
    Win10 Standard upgrade to Pro
    RA2015 upgrade to RA2016
