Emailing payslips from Payroll Premiere 16/17

Can someone please tell me why I can't email payslips from Payroll Premiere 16/17?

I have downloaded the manual and followed the instructions twice. Both times it has come up with payment summaries instead of my default instructions of payslips.

I have checked all individual employee cards and have selected the option "Both" to either email or print.

I am lost for any other options???

    Also, ensure that there are no special characters in your company name or file name.
