How do I cancel my Reckon One Book?

I have spent some time searching but can't find any way to deactivate my trial book.  Unfortunately Reckon One is not working for me as I hoped. Thanks

    Hi there Carolyn,

    Really sorry to hear Reckon One didn't work out for you. Is there anything in particular on this that you could give us as feedback?

    To deactivate your Reckon One trial book, all you need to do is select the settings icon on your book in the Portal. Click Edit and then select the Deactivate option. (screenshot below)
    (You will need to do this before your trial period expires)

    When logged into the portal click edit on the book then click deactivate

    Such a pity that migration from on premise Reckon is so hard.
    I also couldn't find a way to cancel until I read this post.
