Waiting for a Software Update for PP18/19 to fix Branch ID issue.\

When is it available? is it available and i missed it?

    Hi Greenwood Orchards,
    Are you referring to the branch code mismatch when exporting to Single Touch Payroll?

    If so, the GovConnect STP service in the Reckon Portal received an update which addresses the problem. I believe it was a couple of weeks ago and you won't need to anything on your end for it to take effect.

    If what you're referring to isn't the above, please let me know
