STP LODGE ERROR

Hello, Could someone hep me urgently as I’m getting the below error when I lodge a STP file on the reckon GovConnect portal?

 • • The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "(03)96955400", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt:TelephoneMinimalN) Hint: The Pattern constraint failed.

Hi Alf,

Could you please try removing the brackets '()' from the contact number "(03)96955400", and try exporting the STP file again from the software?
