Payroll Premier 2018/2019 - File Corrupted

Please help - Payroll Premier 2018/2019 suddenly saying file corrupted whily I was finishing payroll reporting today.
I need to do payroll tomorrow and this is happening.
Really not a good timing.

Please help.
It keeps asking to register to product and when I clicked it said already registered but doesn't want to open any company.
Please HELP...URGENT NEEDED.

    Hi Caroline. Try closing all software and carry out a disk cleanup. Then close down and reopen the computer. Then try opening Payroll Premier again. This may help.
