Cannot upload STP invalid company info premier payroll

I have checked and compared all the information between the Reckon Premier Payroll and Govconnect and they are exactly the same, why am i still getting the same error?? Please help!!!

    Invalid Company Information provided. Please check your ABN/WPN, Company Name and Branch number match those set in Reckon GovConnect Single Touch Payroll for your company.

    Here is the message i keep getting!!

    Hi Rona,
    The big thing with this error is that all the details need to match EXACTLY including case sensitivity, branch number and no special/invalid characters eg. brackets or spaces in the phone number etc.
