Payroll Premier 2018/19 PAYG summary showing RESC but it should be NIL

I have generated PAYG summaries for the 2019 year and I have one client showing RESC amount but it should be NIL.  I have checked the reports and all set to Statutory Super.  How do I fix this.

    I has a similar problem a few weeks ago, there was a patch i needed to install that i wasn't aware of. 
    Have a look at this link http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5700 

    It fixed the issue for me.

    I had the same problem but it would only show up on the Empdupe File and not on the payment summaries.  Do we know if the new 19/20 Patch Update will fix this problem or do we need to install the previous update as well?

    Hi Pia

    I would recommend that you read the comment from Catherine and have a look at the link she provided.  I used this and it worked.
