I currently use Payroll Premier, but would like to change to a web-based solution.

Would Reckon One Payroll be what Reckon have on offer? Does it allow for multiple companies? I have just paid for the 19/20 Premier renewal as due this month, but have not yet upgraded, if I change to another software can I get at least a prorata refund?

    Hi Lisa,
    Reckon One is our cloud solution and you can choose to customise it the way you need to use it through Reckon One's modules. For example, if you only need payroll, then you can just have the payroll module etc.

    Before you make any decisions, my recommendation would be to take up the free 30 day Reckon One trial and give it a test run to see if it has everything you need.
