How to remove a successfully uploaded STP report on the portal

Terminated a staff record today.  Resulting in 2 STP reports - 1 with staff prior to termination,and 1 containing info of the annual leave encasement.  After uploading both STP reports, noticed that I only needed to upload 1 (as the 1st STP report already included the annual leave encasement info).  As such, with the 2nd STP report, staff's gross income is overstated.  
How do I correct that?
