Incomplete Pay Run & Error

Hi everyone,
Every time i process a pay run, my file gets to 92% complete and then errors and automatically closes the program. Then when i get back in, i have to disable the 92% of the pays that have been completed and run another pay run for the remaining 8%.
Please help!

I have the same issue, i know it sounds ridiculos but the only way I found to fix this is before you process the pays click on an employee at the top of the list. Once you process the run it gets half way through & then not responds & then eventually processes the full run. not sure if this will help, but it's just what I have found helps for me. I will be moving to another payroll program shortly, I have lost faith in this payroll program

Thanks Peter. I'll definitely be giving this a try for the next pay run. Fingers crossed some sort of bug fix comes to light very VERY soon though. Cheers.0
