Payroll Premier update event STP error

Good morning I'm hoping someone will be able to help answer my question.

I am trying to do an update event/full file replacement for our last pay. An error was discovered with an employee not paid correctly after it was processed and our STP report submitted and successful. I have since corrected the employees pay but get an error message "Product Key Invaild" when trying to update the STP report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Renee,
    Are you using Payroll Premier 2019/20?
    If so, check out the info in this post for a patch to download & install which should solve that message for you.
